Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information when tracking is available for the selected shipping service.

Order Tracking & Packages

Every shipped order includes online tracking. Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a tracking email to monitor your shipment.

Multiple Packages: If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments depending on warehouse inventory, product availability, package size, or shipping method. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

International Shipping

XSOOT cannot be responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Failed Deliveries & Issues

Failed Deliveries: If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, failure to collect, or refused delivery, the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, appears lost in transit, or has not arrived within the expected window, please contact Customer Support immediately so we can investigate with the carrier.

Product Authenticity

XSOOT is committed to offering genuine products sourced through legitimate commercial channels.

Where applicable, we work directly with brands, authorized distributors, and official wholesale programs. We do not purchase products from unauthorized marketplaces for resale.

If a product page states that an item is authentic, it is supplied through our verified sourcing process.
